Yesterday I had acute pain for about 30 mins, went the ER, and while they were taking my blood pressure the pain completely vanished.

When ordering food and salivating about it I got a slight tingle that immediately went away (sore duct?)

I fear there are more to come. What's my best supplement option? K2 and taurine come to mind.

Low thyroid causes sluggish bile which causes stones. I suffered with gallstone attacks for 3 years and i used beets to help. Usually within a haf hour after beets the pain would stop and I wouldn't puke. It was the worst during two pregnancies! Except the 2 ER visits were very severe and they gave me something strong in my iv. The attacks stopped when I dealt with the psychological side of it as well as started thyroid supplements. I tried reducing the amount of thyroid and after a couple days my gallbladder is tender again. So it seems, for me, it is thyroid. thankfully I have been attack-free for a year now. for a couple months I had 2 a week. :(

I think anything lowering estrogen would help too.
