I've been able to get out of a temporarily low-ish temp state by simply grabbing dumbbells and lifting for 5 to 10 minutes. No need for overexertion. Just enough until you feel a slight pump.

The before and after temp measurements are solid.

How long after your workout does your temp stay raised? ofc your gonna be warmer after a workout lol

Not really a workout. 5 minutes of moderate lifting. And because the session is short and I'm not overexerting myself, it is likely that the raise in temperature is not from acute stress.

Temperature stays raised for a good hour at least I'd say.
