I think for the weakening effect, it only required 7 grams, just 2 pieces of candy to become weak. The Dutch are known to eat this stuff frequently, which is very unfortunate.

26% decrease is stunning. Huge decrease. Licorice must be highly estrogenic; that number says it all.
