It's not.

I considered the option tho (never had any problem with porn of my life, even when I was with my ex) and I tried nofap ect for months.

Any update on hcg?

I didn't try HCG.
I tried pregnenolon.

No results for the moment.

I'm trying spermidin + PEA + salted butyrate + theanin + pregnenolon ATM

I'm waiting for answers regarding where I can buy it. But i'm going on it yes.

I think my condition is related to epigenetics changes - DNA alteration - neurosteroids changes or somthing like this.

It's def not hormonal (as my blood test are perfect) or related to androgen receptors (in the body at least) as I'm muscular as ****.

Do you think HCG can help this way?

I still think it could be high noradrenaline problem, and or blood flow issue. The fact that you move and it easily causes loss of erection points to poor blood flow probably due to peripheral adrenaline influence. Also panic attacks points to the same thing.

Is your scrotum always tight, or loose and hanging?

Most of the time at night it's loose.

In the day it's tight.

Yeah i have no problem getting erections, but they are very weak and goes soft very fast if i stop stimulation' or moove.

I also have 0 libido

Its loose at night because all your day time stresses are gone, less catecholamines.

As I already explained if you go soft very fast this is high noradrenaline/adrenaline influence reducing blood flow. Thus also erection is very weak. Because every time you move, this affects catecholamine concentrations (they increase). So if they are already borderline high in catecholamines, erection will go away very easily. This also will make it quite easy for you to stay lean. This points to likely sympathetic dominance.

Try supplementing zinc 30mg + magnesium (200mg) daily for your last meal (at night) for a few days and see if it helps. Consume with protein to increase its absorption. If zinc is what you need, this will reduce stress hormones, especially noadrenaline which will reduce your sympathetic dominance. It will also improve hormone function (libido) and blood flow.

Thanks for your answer mate.

Already supplementing zinc (15mg) in my multivit' in a recent past. Going to take only zinc 30mg and see.

Already taking magnsium.

Ans starting hcg anyway.

Hi,

since your hormones appear to be quite good, you could maybe try to attack the problem from a different angle.

Try to look into the pelvic floor muscles which are very central to erections. You might have imbalances there coming from e.g. exercising.

This may be a starting point:

but there are a few other muscles and exercises which might help.

it helped me quite a lot but it is difficult to do.

Still ****88.

Muscles are ****** big.
Bodyfat around 10-12%. No fat on boobs, lot of strengh.
Hormons are perfect (obvs i'm natty)
Sleeping well.

Yet, mostly 0 ****** libido and weak ED (like if I had a leakage. Blood is going away so fast. Can't stay in the penis).

I look androgenic AF
My body is androgenic AF
Yet, I'm nearly asexual and kinda depressed

I just hit the 2 years and 2 months mark since I'm ****88.

I'm waiting another couple of month, and I'll go for daily cialis.

Obvs, I'll keep my perfectly healthy lifestyle (diet, workout, good sleep, some supp...)


If at the 3years mark, in early 2023, I'm still down and can't perform well, I'd seriously considering other options

Do you have a history of dieting and fasting? This is where my issues began. What is your current calorie consumption? An extended calorie deficit can cause long term dopamine down regulation and serotonin increase. That may be a common problem for many fitness, physique minded people. These adaptations aren’t easy to change. From what I gather very high calorie consumption must be worked up to or some other method of getting NAD+ to stay elevated.

Try high dose. It will bring up your DHT levels. Plus you have fairly high prolactin.

PFS doesn't heal overnight. It has taken many a long time to get back to somewhat where we were
