I was in your same condition after a trnebolone cycle. All the blood levels were good. Testosterone, prolactin, estrogens, dht etc everfything was good. But i fel like ***t no matter what. Only with pregnenolone i started to recover properly. I don't think you have to supplement these for a lifetime, pregnenolone stimulate its own sythesis so it helps your body to regain the ability to produce those hormone. And since your dht levels are fine probably the 5a reductas enzyme is working.
Thanks a lot man.

I ordered preg (from Iherb).

100 caps of 100mg.

Whith what doses do you started? How long you took those?

It's best to cycle it right?

Ok so my plan now :

- Niacinamide 500mg + antibiotics in a first time

If it's not working

- Pregnenolone (dosage ? )

If it's not working

- T3 supplementaiton (dosage : 12.5mcg t3 8am + 12.5mcg 3pm )

If it's not working :

- HCG low dose (Joecool protocol).

I Keep the healthy lifestyle I have with good diet, and bodybuilding.

I keep my supp' stack ( Coffee, D3, K2, Aspirin, Multivit, Biotics, Magnesium).

What do you guys think?

There’s some stuff missing here, you said cholesterol is ok but I don’t see it?

tsh used to be over 2.6? Hopefully you’ve got FREE T3 coming back ASAP. That Dhea-S is mid range, doesn’t mean much in and of itself what matters is the ratio with cortisol. Eczema makes me think you have something wrong with cortisol and/or vitamin D and/or thyroid.

I’d wait for blood results before supplementing tho. Don’t listen to anyone’s blind advice and biased experience, they might be totally different from you

Some people on this forum claim pregnenolone crashed their libido. It does not happen with mine. But just for safety, start low with something like 10 mg or 25 mg.

I am not an expert, but i'd say keep Pregnanolone low to begin with i.e. around 25mg per day. Also add around 5mg DHEA with Preg. These two helped me with libido big time!

I’ve found that heat lamps aimed at the kidneys provide one of the best solutions to ED. Profoundly

Cholesterol here on attached file.

TSH was 1.6 (0.400 - 4 range). You can see it on my first post.

I have an blood test on the way with : FSH - LH - TSH - FT3 - F - Prolactin - Leptine - SBP - Testo - calcium - magnesium - serotonin

You want something more about eczema and cortisol? Corticosteroid cream (applied topical) makes my eczema DISSAPEAR in 2 applications.

But when I stop, it comes back. So my eczema 100% responds to corisol, so yeah I guess u're 100% right about the link with eczema and cortisol.

I use vitamin D so I don't think it's vitamin D related.

Thyroid probably yeah.

I used supps ON and OFF last year, in order to improve my symptoms.

I had big periods with NO SUPPS, only good lifestyle ----> no change.

I had periods with many differents SUPPS ---> no change.

So now I take one stack in order to improve my muscle mass (because it does nothing for libido) and my hair + jaw : D3 - K2 - Magnesium - Aspirin - Coffee - Multvit - Biotics.

It's not hurting me.

And after improvements, you stopped using them and it was still alright?

Alrighty good cholesterol levels. Curious to see fT3. Cortisol would be interesting to look at. One of the 2 (or both?) can explain the Sexual function - Hair issues in one go

Cortisol tests are good, not sure where you got the info that they aren’t. Serum AM testing first then saliva eventually.

Dhea-S/cortisol ratio being the most important over absolute values.

I train at the gym since 2015.

At some periods in the past, I was training 6 times a week, 2 hours / training.

I even was on Finasterid at some point while training that much, still being able to have sex 3 - 7 times a days, with very good libido.

I trained 4 times a week, 1h30, last year. So wayyyyyy lesss.

Even when I take 2 weeks off, nothing changes. AT ALL.

Past experience is not reflective of present or future experience.
My body doesn't handle the same tasks as it used to 10 years ago.

You're delusional.

100€ is a mere naturopath one time consult.

I've been researching for four years on my health issues and the process has cost me between 15k€ and 20k€.

It takes time and dedication, no superheroe will come and save you.

You know how to read a TSH result right?

Yeah. My TSH is in range, more in lower half than upper half so it's means I have no problem with my thyroid producing hormones (on paper, for TSH). I'm closer to have hyperthyroid than hyprothyroid if I had any trouble with thyroid.

Am I right?

Trust me, I'm not.

I spent 2000+ euros in 2020 consulting "specialists" in order to get rid of my symptoms or in supps'.

I wasted my health for trying to save my hair when the solution was "just" decalcification with massage + some supp's that helps with hair loss (vit D, k2, aspirin...). At least, my hair don't fall anymore with the massages, and I even had some minor regrowths.

I'm an mild case at worst. I don't have physical symptoms (except eczema). I don't have muscle loss, shrinkage...
I can have erection all the time without supps.
They just are weak or they don't last. Sometimes I can even have rock hard for a few moments, before it goes softer, again because I have 0 libido so no stimuli...

I'm 100% sure it's in my head, but not the way the specialists tells it is.
It's an neurosteroids / brain hormonal kind of problem.

I miss one puzzle piece. And lot's of guys here are way way more helpfull than all the specialist I consulted.
Some guys get rids of severe PFS with "just" low dose HCG.

So maybe I'm delusionnal, but if one med' ****88 me, I don't see why some meds or supps could not bring me back on track.

I just don't know anymore what to do alone, that's why I'm here.

And as I said, I'll try the things the guys here are telling me to do, step by step, in the right way. And if something repairs me, I'll send donation to the author.

And I'm, like you, 100% dedicated.
I wanna heal, and I do everything needed to heal. Lifestyle, workouts, diet... I spent 1000+ hours in 2020 reading studies, reading forums ect.

It's just that some guys here are way more cultivated in medical / hormonal stuff than I am. I'm still an "newbie", this isn't my domain at all.

Yes exactly, your TSH is on the higher side (that's what the low value means), so no need to supplement Thyroid.
