I was recetly reading about the herb vitex and how it help women get pregnant by improving progesterone production. The suposed mechanism in by inhibiting FSH and increaseing LH and this increase progesterone .
In all my blood test my Lh was around 1 amd fsh was around 2-3. Do you think this can be the cause of my low progesterone?
