Cool drug.

Reduced Estradiol Synthesis by Letrozole, an Aromatase Inhibitor, Is Protective Against Development of Pentylenetetrazole-Induced Kindling in Mice - PubMed

...Letrozole reduced the levels of plasma 17β-estradiol after induction of kindling

...Letrozole, however, increased the levels of 5α-DHT in mice plasma.

Brilliant. Exactly what I'd like to hear while I'm currently tapering off. Good stuff

That makes sense, as letrozole is an aromatase inhibitor, meaning less T converts to estrogen = higher T = higher DHT (even if the percentage of converted T to DHT stays the same and letro isn't specifically activating 5-AR).

But doesn't DHT create a positive feedback loop?
