lectins-binding supplements

Potatoes are staple in my diet, but I found to react a bit when I eat them, like I do for other nightshades (tomatoes, pepper).
These foods are otherwise beneficial and I would like the benefits without the effect of LECTINS, which I believe are the causes of the reaction (pimples, farts, anxiety).

- Is there a peatarian take on lectins ?
- What is your opinion on the most emphasized lectins binders :

- N-acetyl-Glucosamine (are other glucosamine forms ok ?)
- Mucilagenous fibers (Okra, bladderwrack/fucus ) - does it cause bacteria overgrowth ?
- D-mannose
- Sodium algynate

Thank you for your time.

Solanine content can be an issue. Avoid green ones. Avoid injured ones. Do NOT refrigerate. Cut out the eyes. Peel deeply. Most alkaloids is in the eyes and skin. I don't tolerate tomatoes or peppers or eggplant well but I can tolerate potatoes.

Thanks, forgot about this other factor. Any advices on the specific problem of lectins ? It could help a lot on social life in restaurants etc to have a diy supplement.
