I have decided to learn to draw/paint. I feel like I can describe myself within the "second signalling system" in Pavlov terms. I also feel like I over use the verbal parts of the brain. Because I am hearing my dreams rather than seeing them which ray peat believes is negative.

I would like try and learn on my own before I take some classes. Does anyone have any experience or sources to learn how to draw. Possibly any books, websites, techniques. Any help would be great thanks.
