Laundry Detergent

So much talk about what we eat and drink, the supplements we use and the products that we apply.

But not much about detergent - which if you think about it has contact with your skin potentially 24 hours a day through the clothes you wear.

Finding a natural one is difficult - What are peoples thoughts on this product:

If you think the ingredients are OK, then use as small an amount as you can get away with.

yes detergent is very important....

I hate the ariel brand. Just the smell makes me uncomfortable.

Most of the "natural" use coconut oil as the main ingredients.

I think if you can use laundry to water your plants it must be safe.

It might be a coincidence but I notice when I've washed my bed sheets and linen I always seem to sleep worse for a few days. I've stopped using the commercial brands for my shower gels, maybe the next step is to update my detergent!
