I am taking enough K2, I just wasn't sure if it's something to worry about, People in the office said that ulcers can be serious.

Perhaps take some vitamin K1. Gelatin is very helpful for ulcers. Haduit has a post on ulcers and ammonia. Alcohol raises ammonia.
