Anyone know of a lamp/stand that can hold a 375 watt incadescent heatbulb that I can put on my desk?

No. I used a camera tripod

I use an IV floor stand with a side horizontal extension that pivots around made of white pvc pipe; the lamp is clamped to the pvc. It's the interior design focal point of the room.

I left off the duct tape; gotta have the duct tape. It looks horrible but if you're hurting and in the bed it really works great. The height is adjustable.

I want one so I can fit a 375 watt bulb in a desk lamp, so I can aim it at me,

I suspect you would be happier if the lamp was a little above you and not aiming right into your line of sight. Finding a lamp rated for that wattage may be tricky too.

275 Watts seems to be the max, I have a 175watt hanging from the ceiling
