Lambs Liver For Natural Folate In Pregnancy ?

Hi ,how much lambs liver ( preferably weekly) to cover folate ,and vitamin A during pregnancy.My daughter wont touch beef liver ,but enjoys lambs .Also would it take care of any other nutrients,thank you .

I looked up lamb liver on Cronometer. It's loaded with nutrients obviously, but Folate isn't that great. A cup of sliced pieces only supplies 25% of daily Folate requirements (on a 2k diet). Four cups of orange juice supply almost 50%. A cup of asparagus, 67%. So eat the liver because it's very nutritious, but you'll need to get a lot of your Folate from other foods.
