Interesting, I eat haggis occasionally which list "Lamb lobes" as an ingredient which AFAIK is lung

Any tissue that forms a metabolic function is going to be higher in virtually every nutrient than muscle meat.

The only main organ meat I haven't tried. They look very appetizing fresh, but I've heard they degrade very quickly (even quicker than liver)

Nausea inducing levels of iron in that. I couldn’t choke it down for that reason last time I tried to eat lung

I have eaten nearly every part of animal but lungs are by far the least appealing one for me lolx
