How come Lakewood orange juice and blueberry juice for example have no total fats in them
but if you look at the nutritional profile of regular orange juice in cronometer you see it has 6.2 grams of total fat and 1.2 gram of pufa in it per 100 oz?

Maybe it depends on if they include the seeds and the pulp

yea in cronometer you can only select orange juice fresh so not sure if that means they included the seeds and pulp

But If theres no pufa in these lakewood juices though then that means I can drink a lot more of it and not worry about pufa although
orange juice at that level has high iron

Yeah, learned the hard way that some organic juices included the seeds which skyrocketed the PUFA count. Some organic quality OJ had like 5g of PUFA per liter :D be careful

Hmmm the label of the lakewood juice claims 0% iron, all the databases for Oj list 0-3% iron. Which source are you looking at??
