Lab results. High T4?

Hello, Im wondering if my lab results are okay? what does the high RBC, low MCH, low platelets, and high lymphs mean? also is having that high of a t4 uptake normal? I read it could suggest a goiter and i feel something below my jaw kind of like a bump.

Thanks for replying. That is what the doctor said, I did have covid/flu the same week as i took the test, and I have a fistula that I need to get taken care of.

I struggle with low energy/anxiety, brainfog, mental laziness and other issues. Since the t4/t3 uptake looks a bit higher, does this indicate on some level that peating is working?
