i'm using Liftmode l-theanine and just dissolve in a bit of water. It doesn't have any real taste.

anyway, i buy a lot of my sups from powdercity.com, because of quality and best price. was wondering if anyone has used sulbutiamine for b1 sup?? i usually use l-theanine, but am considering trying sulbutiamine...much pricier, but potentially more absorbable?

@kamander theanine and sulbuthiamine are I think quite different in action.

I think sulbuthiamine is related to thiamine.

Anything by Pure Encapsulations is excellent, but expensive. Only excipients are the vegetable cellulose, honestly, people on this forum over exaggerate the significant impact fillers have. Mostly.
