L-theanine And Caffeine For Exam Performance Etc

I find the combination of L-Theanine and Caffeine (generally from coffee) to be very nice. Caffeine alone can make me feel somewhat jittery and the L-Theanine seems to help smooth that out. I've read in a lot of places that the two work very well together, especially alongside other chemicals (like Racetams and some other nootropics).

I will say that I tend to have more vivid dreams after supplementing some L-Theanine though :P
