So i know carnitine is seen not peaty but its hard to not see the benefits.

In this study it shows lipids inside the cell reduce tremendously.

Probably because the lipids are shuttled to the mitochondria for energy.

Would this perhaps lower the chance of lipids being converted into excess steroids?

I have seen facial moisturizers with carnitine. Is it safe to apply on the skin, or could it enter the bloodstream and cause the issues commonly discussed in this forum?
