I've seen this progesterone cream at the store that says "professional" strength. It's just a stronger product.... it contains squalene. Is that a PUFA? I've used a lower dose for some time now but always wonder if I should use more.....
    Anyway, has anyone used this?

Squalene is some sort of substance found in olive oil, so no, not PUFA.

There's no upper limit really to progesterone. It's self limiting in my experience; the worst thing that happens if you take too much at once is a sudden, overhwelming nap attack :)

richest source of squalene is in shark liver oil. so yes very unsaturated = high PUFA
