I posted my story in another thread, and i solved the problem by a fast and suppressing sugars/fruits.K Dalton says that when using progesterone we must avoid low blood sugar: "we must have a stable blood sugar level, and for that we insist that patients use the three-hourly starch diet. The ideal is that they should eat in a way that does not cause a drop in the blood sugar, because a drop in the blood sugar will stop the utilization of progesterone for seven days" [Interview: Katharina Dalton, MD", september/1999, I J P Compounding]; forgetting about starchy foods,
1 - Do you guys know something about those "seven days"?
2 - In this case what about sleep hours [and drop in the blood sugar]?
So, yes we need regular blood sugar, but this does not mean eating all the time nor using starch! I did the reverse, and stopped hot flushes very very fast.
Sugar problem have more to do with cortisol sensibility and receptors, and also the need to be able to store glycogene. You do not store and use if you have to eat all the time and cannot stand more than 8-10 hours with no food at night!
