Okay, I want to start a new log. You can find the old one here:

The last two weeks, I didn't post anymore in that log, I actually got a bit off the rails. With new energy and health I got into much more social situations than I was used, and that also included much more eating stuff that is not good for me. I also stopped taking many supplements in the end, I just chaotically pop some pill so now and then, I just slowly feel that I'm getting back into an unhealthy body.

Temps dropped (to under 36 degrees celcius ...), digestion is bad, I feel kind of irritated, I'm not able to open up in social situations (be myself), drop in libido, craving for addictive things (like video games), I can't have my hands completely quiet.

It is not all bad, I'm thankful from the bottom of my heart that I'm a relationship now with someone I think I could love. That is also some reason I want to get my health back again.

The last two days, I'm already eating a bit better again, but for example it is now 16:45 and I still haven't had a bowel movement, so I'm surely not were I was.

I felt like this is a good moment to open a new log, and tracking my health a little bit better again. I think I made the most progress in my old log, when I actually did measure regularly.

I plan to measure the following:

- bowel movements
- morning temp and pulse
- afternoon temp and pulse
- evening temp and pulse

I also want to share a plan of what I want to do daily in the beginning of each week.

Week 1 Day 1

17:00 - temp: 36.9, pulse: 78 BPM
Not sure if those high temps and pulse are from adrenaline, of being angry at myself.
Otherwise, it could be related that I started taking:
MitoLipin - Dietary Supplement For Cardiolipin And Mitochondria Support
since two days. But from my past experience, I only saw heart rate really increase by stress, so I guess that it is stress hormones. My face surely looks toxic.

17:10 first bowel movement

18:30 temps: 37.0, pulse: 80 BPM
getting slightly excited tbh, could it be that mitoplipin cured my low pulse? Fingers crossed

20:25 temps: 37.3, pulse: 80 BPM

I went to bed around 23:30, but I woke up in the middle of the night, for some hours. I felt really energetic last evening, a lot better than the last week.

10:40 temps: 36.7, pulse: 66
11:30 temps: 36.9, pulse: 68
11:45
first bowel movement
12:40 temps: 36.8, pulse: 62
13:40 temps: 37.0, pulse: 72
15:30 temps: 36.5, pulse: 52

Suddenly a huge drop in metabolism, don't really understand it.
16:17 temps: 36.8, pulse: 60, CP: 25s

I went to the gym last evening for weight lifting and yoga.
10:40 temps: 36.7, pulse: 69, CP: 27s
12:40 temps: 36.8, pulse: 60, CP: 27s

Hmm.. still not taking my health serious enough. I go really with up and downs. Sometimes my metabolism breaks down, but I recover quite fast it seems.

I was staying at a friends house for a couple of days. Eating "normally", my metabolism dropped a bit.

14:45 pulse: 65, temp: 36.6

15:00-15:30
- lunch (OJ, skim milk, 1 oyster, gelatin)
16:20 pulse: 85, temp: 36.7
16:25 first bowel movement
17:00
- pulse: 60, temp: 36.6
- carrot salad
18:30 pulse: 60, temp: 36.7

Is this all you are eating? Doesn't look like enough to run a healthy young man.

I forget 40 gram of gelatin. I put my diary in cronometer, it is indeed only 2200 calories. I thought it would be more, thanks for pointing it out :) If I'm hungry in the evening, I sometimes eat some honey and raisins, I guess I need it indeed.
