My own experience reflects this. Long standing knee issues went away and squatting became much more natural.
Same Here. Had some nagging Joint Pain. Since eating 20g+ of Gelatin Daily, it never came back again.

Do you guys recommend any Vitamin C supplements in particular? Gelatin I can get Great Lakes again, it tastes better than the local stuff here at least.

I have this crackling noise in my head, an I have an X-ray results coming tomorrow but I'm already looking up on this to get just in case I need it.

It looks pretty good. The reviews are mostly positive and the ingredients don't seem to have any fillers or the like.

I still have the popping noise in my head. The X-ray showed that there was nothing abnormal, but I've decided to order an MRI because the popping is just unbearable sometimes. I think I have TMJ from a car accident's whiplash. I had pain at first and ever since July I've only had popping noises. I'm hoping the Collagen + Vitamin C supplement helps!

What's a good way to enjoy gelatin besides the obvious 'drink it in coffee' or jello. Any other good ways to enjoy it that are uncommon?

I make an oxtail soup and add some gelatin when I eat it. Tastes very good.

I stopped having discomfort in my left knee after being awhile on gelatine, around 20g a day.

I wonder now whether it only cuz the anti-inflamation effect, or whether it actually repaired something in the connective tissue.

Iv had discomfort for many years.
