Just had an amalgam removed, should I be worried?

Molar completely fell apart and had to have an emergency removal, no dental dam or anything just suction. It was a single amalgam and now I have zero amalgam fillings. Seeing those vapors was a weird experience. I just held my breath and kept suctioning.
I feel fine I guess, nothing of note... I'm not gonna start having serious issues am I? It's been a few hours. I would have kept it in if I could (since less mercury is released compared to removal)
I can easily nocebo myself so someone convince me I'm OK

You'll be fine. Same thing happened to me in 2013.

2 grams ascorbic acid 3 times a day if you want to nip the bud.

I figure since Dentists do it all the time without wearing anything special, a one time deal shouldn't cause mercury poisoning. But yes lots of vitamin C.

No-brainer! 4-500 micrograms selenium per day for a few days. Mercury poisoning is basically selenium deficiency.
