These are the questions Dr Carl Pfeiffer would use to diagnose histadelia:
Histadelics are driven, high-energy people who get things done in the world. They frequently suffer from allergies, headaches and depression.
Do you have any known allergies? Would be Y
Do you rarely have headaches? Would be no
Do you feel driven to achieve without deadlines? would be Y
Do you have many head colds? would be Y
Do you have no trouble putting on weight? would be no
Do you have many abnormal fears? would be Y
Are you inwardly driven to have sex? would be Y
Thanks

I have noticed similar problem with niacinamide myself. For me it seems like it greatly increases my need for calcium. I am acutely aware of the sensation of low calcium since a thyroidectomy (damaged parathyroids so probably not enough PTH--it's not fun) many months ago, and the nasty zappy, tingly, twitchy and tired feelings went away when I doubled the amount of calcium that I supplement with. I did stop the niacinamide as well, but after a month or so I am resuming it again.

I do not know why it appears to lower my blood calcium, but it is a strong effect for me.
