There would seem to be a market opening for fast food made with saturated fat. I have even played with names for a Peaty joint: orange, carrot, sunshine, coconut, milk. Some catchy combination. With Peaty quotes and Haidut-referenced studies on the place mats and menus. :):

I remember Julia Child always adding more butter!

@charlie How did you learn that Outback uses beef tallow? I looked at their nutrition guide and saw that the Aussie Fries have 23 grams of fat, 10 of which are saturated fat. I'm just curious if they really use 100% beef tallow.
