Not for everyone, it's pricey but I like this idea a lot.

Joovv Light Max

It's 960 watts. The LEDs are 3wt driven at 2, and it's supposed to be 660nm

I agree, too pricey for me at the moment, but I do like this idea for the future. There should be a place on this forum for the Super Deluxe Peaty ideas (like this and CO2 Bath) for when we make our fortune or win the lottery and whatnot.

Nice light therapy unit!
I am making my own light therapy panels using standard of-the-shelf plant grow light panels.
The panels are modified to remove harmful blue and UV lights.

Here are some specs:
Panels = 4
Cost per panel: USD $90, CDN 120.00
Source: Amazon USA, Amazon Canada
Total cost: USD $360
LED power rating 300W/panel X 4= 1200W
Effective power consumption 140W per panel X 4 = 560W
Measured power consumption using my watt meter: 147 W X 4= 588W
LED lights per panel: 100
Total lights 100 X 4 = 400

LED Panel spectrum used:
RED: 660 nm, 620 nm, 610 nm
IR: 730 nm

LED Panel spectrum removed:
Blue: removed
UV-A: removed

Panel Rated lumens: 7000 per panel
Measured Irradiance: [measured 12" from source] : 100W/m2.
The Irradiance was measured with the blue and uv removed.

Tools required:
philips screwdriver
blade knife
aluminum foil or duct tape
silicone or 3d kids paint

If anyone is interested in the project specifics, I would be more than happy to post project details.
I can also post pictures of the panel project once it is completed.

Just noticed, Joovv has a smaller device, still a full body one, with 150 LEDs (the big one is 480) for around $800. I also saw Red Light Man has a Full Body Device (both Red and IR, 200 leds total, 100 of each with a separate switch) listed at $750. Be interested how all three of these compare to each other.

How did this project turn out? I'm interested in building my own red light device for full body coverage, as well.
