itchy skin after shower even with shower filter. I was fine then stopped tanning beds and now june july augest should make D from cholesterol on skin when outside in sun. Sunlight with uv helps more then just red light. Its not dry but still itchy. Ideas? I tried using only baking soda to wash.

Go get tested for polycythemia vera.
