I think the demographics of Israel have a lot to do with it. I preponderance of European Jews live there. I live in North London and many of the 'front wheel' hotspots, like Golders Green, Hendon, Mill Hill and Finchley surround my area. Short, stocky, hairy and nowhere near Israel.

Then the question becomes: « what did the European jew do to build such genetics »?

A lot of people, including many European jews like Benjamin Friedman are of the opinion that Ashkenzi are really just Jewish proselytes or converts

That was not that unheard of there were a lot of converts to judaism, mostly in greece. This would explain why most ashkenazi don't really look a whole lot like your typical Israeli

If anything it's probably the opposite--the Ashkenazi stereotype is more effeminate and gangly, cerebral, and what OP describes sounds more like the Mizrahi stereotype

I'm sure there are plenty of Palestinian men with the same traits.

I just arrived in the country and I’m completely struck by the highly androgenic phenotype of most guys here.

Thick muscular hairy forearms, thick hairy fingers, good muscle mass with large chest and small waist, chiseled face with oily skin and dense beard implantation, good energy levels and energetic voice.

I read somewhere that Israeli soil was one of the richest in Boron on the planet.

Would that have to do with the men profile here?

The diet doesn’t seem that healthy: bread, hummus, vegetable oils, grilled meats

Wonder what’s their manly man’s recipe?
I dont think it's because of the soil. There are alot of immigrants from Israrl and Syria in my country. Yes they have highly androgetic features but it cant be due to the soil in their country atleast mainly since many of their descendants born and raised in my country have the same androgetic features. It could be a combination of genetics and the foods they eat I guess but from observation they eat extreme amounts lean meat but grilled and also alot of carbohydrates.

Genetics are built, not given.

Yes your family gave you genes, but if the next 5 generations start living differently than the 1000 previous ones, you are going to change physically.

So let’s stop with the « it’s genetic » argument.
Let’s focus on: « what did the previous generations do to build these genes? »

Israel is 2019's 10th healthiest country on the Bloomburg report. Why, is always hard to answer. It leads to crazy statements like this:

"While Israel dropped one place since the last evaluation in 2017, it still fared pretty well, both in this index and other recent findings such as the United Nations’ 2018 World Happiness Report, where Israel made 11th place out of 156 countries. Perhaps that last one has to do less with salad and more with burekas."

From this article:

https://www.israel21c.org/israel-10th-healthiest-country-in-the-world-index-shows/

I agree, burekas might make you happier than salad, but does salad make you healthier than burekas? Did Israel start eating more burekas and less chopped salad last year? The assumption is that salad is healthier than burekas and any attempt to answer why is always driven by bias. So, here's my bias:

List of countries by food energy intake - Wikipedia

Israel is 13th in calorie availability....3,530 per capita. And if they waste less than the 30-40% that the U.S. wastes of their food availability, that should put Israel above U.S. consumption of calories. If their social structure is still around meals at regular times, then the consistency plus high calorie intake will help them be healthier. If the younger generation has become less structured around meals, then it will show. Consistency plus high calorie is what made me completely well, so I admittedly, look for these patterns in populations. Justifiably.

1.Lots of vitamin D
2. androgenic activity
3. high calories

That's 3 possible reasons brought up

High calorie Arabs. I live in Israel and primitive Israelis are very masc and Androgenic. Overall you see pictures from 1900-1950 of Israelis and they are handsome healthy men.
But here's the thing: one or two more generations of video games, porn, high PUFA, low sugar, low carbs, high nut consumption, sleep deprivation and it's over.

But man, great genes. 1920-1980 Israelis are beasts. IDF golden age. Now it's good too I guess.

I have a feeling the Bloomberg report is inaccurate. The Israeli Paradox reflects the reality that Israelis have relatively high rates of heart disease, diabetes and kidney diseases. Also, most middle eastern countries ( including Israel) that are heavily reliant on seed oils and grains/beans/seeds have higher rates of obesity as compared with countries that consume saturated fats like dairy fats, for example.

Most “3rd world countries” males are very androgenic.

It starts with not being a weak pot, mentally. Of course they don’t go through their days sippin on matcha lattes with soy milk.

Idk what you're talking about man. Soy is a good source for daily Calcium, heart healthy Omega 3 fatty acids, Testosterone building block Zinc and muscle building protein. If those 3rd world countries just grew more Soy that'd be golden.
