Isn't the waning protection from the mRNA vaccines good news, showing that the harmful vax effects aren't permanent?

The Japanese study didn’t look for spike proteins. The spike protein generated by vaccine mRNA is different than the spike protein on the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The vaccine spike protein is perfusion stabilized meaning than it can’t bind to the ACE2 receptor. The SARS-CoV-2 spike protein binding to ACE2 is the cause of inflammation and COVID disease symptoms.

Thanks for posting this. Where did you learn about this? What's the best source you've found about it?

Oh okay. (I meant that you're the first person I've seen mention prefusion stabilization making binding to ACE2 apparently irrelevant for the modified spike protein from the vaccines, and so I thought maybe you've been doing more detailed research about the prefusion stabilization that you could share if someone says they're interested.)

Relax. I was asking a question to be discussed, not coming to a conclusion. A reason to think this is because if you need booster shots of the same vaccine then maybe your cells aren't producing the spike protein forever on one dose. It is a hopeful speculation.

Edit: I would and am avoiding the vaccine at all costs, but those of us in Western countries are under immense pressure to get it. Eventually many people including me may not be able to work without getting one. If the effects wane (the "good" and the bad), then I am more hopeful about my situation and many others' who are in the same situation.

Don't even think about what effects it could have on you and if effects could wane or not.
Just resist and don't give in.
Stay strong and confident.

We need to protect freedom - always and at any cost (but peacefully!)
And we need you.

PS.: A high metabolic rate helps with all of the above.

“…the spike protein in the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines is not quite the same as the wild-type spike protein found on the virus. This protein has been prefusion stabilized which means it lacks the ability to change conformation into its postfusion state (via a double proline substitution). This change is thought to significantly enhance the ability of the spike protein to elicit neutralizing antibodies from the immune system, but it also has another functional consequence: the spike protein has drastically less ability to cause syncytium formation…[that may] play a direct role in the disease process of COVID-19.”

“That’s because the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein is a shape-shifter. To fuse its viral membrane with the host cell membrane it substantially changes its shape from an unstable pre-fusion state to a stable post-fusion state. While previously working on a vaccine for MERS, a disease caused by another coronavirus, McLellan and others discovered that by adding two proline molecules to the spike protein, they could lock it into its pre-fusion state, triggering a more effective immune response and preventing cell entry. The same harmless mutation, called 2P, as in two proline molecules, is used in the SARS-CoV-2 vaccines.

During a SARS-CoV-2 infection, the NIAID told us, the virus spike proteins can latch onto human cells, allowing the virus to infect them. With the live virus, the protein “attaches to receptors on the surface of cells and fuses the viral membrane with the host-cell membrane,” McLellan said.

However, vaccine-generated spike proteins can’t do that fusion because they are locked in the pre-fusion shape.”

U probably are one of the few on this forums using credibility and science. The rest are on some conspiracy tangent. I appreciate ur research. Thanks

Very interesting, thank you!
