Is Willow Bark More Effective Than Aspirin > For Pain/Inflamation?

Any studies out there? I hurt my left leg/knee and am in pain, but not sure how much willow bark tea to consume. And yes, it will be real willow bark, not in a pill or concentrated whatever. Only have aspirin handy.
