Hello
i read here and there that when estrogen is relatively high, tryptophan turns into serotonin instead of niacin and slows the thyroid.
Is this right?
i was thinking: because whey protein powder have loads of tryptophan in it i wondering if this is a perfect tool to test yourself.
For me: always when i take Whey protein powder i only feel positive symptoms.
Energy burst, no bloat, feeling happy etc.
Now can this be related with increased blood sugar... but on the other hand, if tryptophan convert into serotonin, than i must feel lot worse after taking whey despite high bloodsugar levels?
How does it feel when tryptophan turns into serotonin instead of niacin?
