ive read that vitamin A supplementation can be dangerous for development of the foetus during pregnancy and can cause deformities etc.
im aware there are a lot of dangerous synthetic forms of vitamin A so im guessing they are particularly dangerous during pregnancy but do these risks also apply to Retinol Palmitate and Retinol Acetate.
TIA
