ive read that vitamin A supplementation can be dangerous for development of the foetus during pregnancy and can cause deformities etc.

im aware there are a lot of dangerous synthetic forms of vitamin A so im guessing they are particularly dangerous during pregnancy but do these risks also apply to Retinol Palmitate and Retinol Acetate.

TIA

YES it is very dangerous! In 1992, my ob/gyn was adamant I not take any Vitamin A supplements because it can cause birth defects. We are all Vitamin A toxic because glyphosate prevents the body from releasing Vitamin A from the body.

I asked this same question in an e-mail to Ray Peat, because I didn’t want to eat liver….
