Hey if I am in the middle of nowhere and im forced to consume something like Mcdonalds, or anything with PUFA, is taking Vit E the best way to counteract it?

Im curious in specific if its better to take Vit E or something like Tocosorb (tocotrienols)

Which is the active part which helps for this purpose?

You could take a natural vitamin e from sunflower oil like the one from life extension. But be mindful that it can cause bad gut irritation, so you may want to use it topically. I've gotten bad flu like symptoms from it, so it's not as simple as popping a pill after a meal. But yes, I don't think it's a problem if your hungry and want some French fries from a fast food place. But be mindful that a lot of French fries also use xanthan gum so you may want to look up ingredients.

Aspirin, niacinamide, and caffeine used synergistically seems to help when I have to consume a potentially high PUFA meal.
