I've seen people recommend cod and sole. I've also read that tilapia is dirty and high in PUFA, but its much lower in PUFA than oysters and other bivalves. Is it good peat eating?

Tilapia is fine. It's very low fat, and the fat that's there is mostly saturated and MUFA, since it's a hot climate fish.

It's cleaner than virtually any PCB/mercury collecting salmon.

I've read that tilapia might not be soo good due to the farm fishing practices most companies use to grow them up and get them ready for market. :2cents:
