Is This Thyroid Test Ok?

This test result is from early last year, but it would still be good to know how my thyroid was doing back then. I have another thyroid test being done this week.. But until then, is my old result alright?

Free T4 = 20.0pmol/L
TSH = 2.9 miu/L
