it's a pleasure to be on this forum. I am Khaled from Saudi Arabia, got a stroke and carotid artery stenosis, high lipoprotein a score, high LDL and other issues a year ago up to now.

I want to contact Mr Ray Peat in order to get a personal consultation regarding the optimal diet for me. I need someone to confirm to me if this address of Mr. Ray still Valid. I am considering sending him a letter because obviously I won't be able to get his email.
