Norepinephrine Regulates Keratinocyte Proliferation to Promote the Growth of Hair Follicles

Help me understand the conclusion of this study.
I thought adrenaline is bad for hair. Here it seems to say it increases hair growth and even the beta blocker increases it ?

A detailed explanation would help as I am trying to figure out wether lowering or increasing adrenaline is good for my hair. So far it seems lowering it is great for everything so far.
