I only just saw these a few days ago and was also wondering if they were beneficial.

Does anyone use one or have an opinion on them?

I have been using one for a long time. If you like the taste of copper, you'll like it. Demand a quality of materials sheet to avoid heavy metals and make sure it's 100% copper. Ayurvedic tradition is to keep water in copper over night and drink it in the morning first thing. Copper ions get in the water at safe doses and helps control microbial growth.

The water bottle should be kept nice and shiny and any tarnish should be cleaned with salt and lemon juice, don't drink from an oxidized copper bottle. Finishes on copper make it useless must be bare copper.

It's essentially a self cleaning water bottle which also protects the water from non native EMF influence, the work of people like Gerald Pollack show negative effects of EMF on water structure.

The ridged copper bottle is better than the straight sided as it increases surface area, breaks "surface" tension and increases contact.

how do you know you wont be getting excess copper?
It's not possible if a non acidic liquid is used and the water sits in the bottle short term
