Tart Cherry Juice provides an increase in exogenous melatonin that is beneficial in improving sleep duration and quality in healthy men and women and might be of benefit in managing disturbed sleep.
Tart Cherry Juice increased sleep time and sleep efficiency. Cherry juice procyanidin B2 inhibited IDO (indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase), increased tryptophan availability, reduced inflammation and may be partially responsible for improvement in insomnia.

I've found that OJ/pineapple juice help with sleep as well. Could be the sugars/minerals.
