Is There Any Solid Science That Says Infrared Therapy Pods Help With Anything?

So my local tan area has red light therapy pods and infared pods


I know red light actually helps. But what about infrared pods ?

Wondering the same. Until it is feasible to get a red light set up at home, wondering if our local Planet Fitness' red light therapy pod would suffice (here's an article that outlines it well: Wellness through red light therapy).
