I used to eat raw gruyere cheese about 100g a day and my eczema was flaring all the time, completely took it out of my diet and noticed a massive improvement in my skin which i can 100% say was due to the cheese being taken away..
Now i'm not getting any dairy but am worried about drinking milk if i am to get a flare up again, would raw milk be okay? and should i slowly work my way up to higher amounts of it?
