New here and am having increased problems with lifelong IBS. It seems the dairy and hydrolyzed collagen making it worse. I do take magnesium taurate and 1/2 c prune juice before bed to manage this problem. Is prune juice without pulp 'Peat approved'? Thanks!!

Peat probably has other options for this, but I've never looked into it. Prune juice contains estrogen, so it's not necessarily peat approved. That said, the estrogen hit in 1/2 a cup will be small enough that you shouldn't worry about it, especially since it's helping you manage things. Also if dairy & collagen are not meshing well, then I would suggest sticking to fish/meat &/or potatoes until things improve. Eliminating pufas & estrogen are more critical in the short run. If you get those under control, then you can attempt organizing your protein sources. veggie bone broth can make up for the calcium that you would loose by avoiding dairy.
