How can i mantain a high sex drive as male 30 yo?

Lets say having a huge sex drive daily and at any moment you are ready to go?

Only with Cialis? Red light/ Sun ligth? Diet, Sleep?
By eating just above your current metabolic rate every day.

A surplus of calories = a surplus of sexual interest in my experience.

Doing some type of resistance training is also great. So is walking - one hiker doubled his T by doing lots of hiking every day: This Is What Happens to Your Body on a Thru-Hike | Outside Online

Anyways, it's definitely possible to have a high sex drive every day. I think in an ideal world this would be considered 'normal' for males.

My libido never goes away, give me a hot girl and magic happens. Frequent sexual thoughts but never overpowering. Jack off to porn maybe once every 2 weeks
What is your diet, supplements, sleep, do you take sun? What do you think that help u the most?

Not if you do it right!

The key is to slowlllyyyy increase your cals while simultaneously training your body to use them in the right way. I've went from eating 1600 calories a day to 4000+ calories a day doing this, staying lean the whole time.

For the training...it can be anything you enjoy. Consider doing high volumes of low intensity stuff (walking, stretching, hiking) and low volumes of resistance work (calisthenics, grappling, powerbuilding, etc).

Your training load can also be slowly increased over time as your body responds positively to the training stress.

I guess what I'm saying is...a man needs both movement and energy to optimize his sex drive! Anything short of this combo is just a bandaid solution.
