Is Perfumer's Alcohol (Ethanol denatured with t-Butanol) safe for DIY Transdermal ?

Where I live, you need a licence to purchase pure undenatured ethanol and I can't find any place to purchase Everclear or the like - I am wondering whether Perfurmer's alcohol would be an appropriate alternative?

The ingredients are:
> Ethanol >95%
> Purified Water 2-5%
> t-Butanol 0.25%

The denaturant being t-Butanol - it seems to be an irritant but not highly toxic - here is a toxicological review I found online: Tertiary-Butanol: a toxicological review - PubMed

So, given that the concentration of denaturant is so low, and you would likely further be diluting the solution with something like MCT and/or SFA, would it be safe to use Perfumer's alcohol for the ethanol portion of DIY transdermal steroids?

Everclear or equivalent is not available here. Vodka is available with a max concentration of 40% - would that not be too diluted (serious question, I don't really know)?

you want sugar cane ethanol or food grade ethanol

liquidessences.de make some good ones

however, you are still only consuming a tiny amount

for most supplements you only use 2 or 3 drops, which is approximately 0.5ml of alcohol, but still, get food grade ethanol
