Is It Safe To Rotate Thyroid Brands Temporarily?

I had to leave my house and my wp-throid for about 2 weeks. There is armour at this house. Is it OK to take armour in the same grain amount of WP-throid, or is there some random other problem that can happen? I was searching online and didn't really see anything too specific about it. I personally think it is fine, but I found some website saying it is very dangerous, but I don't understand why. It didn't really have a reason.

What do you guys think?

After armour, it would be going back to WP-throid again.

I just think dosing can be difficult given the T4 buildup period. you could take a different NDT and have it have less or more effect without knowing it. 1 grain of one isn't the same as 1 grain of another, in your body. But I can't see any danger for most people. (If your heart was weak, and you took too much, that would be a danger.)

You mean during when T4 is building up in your body? WP-Throid was only at .25 grains, so I'm not sure it would really make much of a difference. I'm going a little slow.

Very good advice.. I didn't think of that at all. Are those basically the same thing as armour anyway? Why is armour even a prescription when I think about it if you can buy thyroid glandular over the counter? I can probably get it express shipped to me, I wonder if I can buy it locally anywhere.

I tried out that raw thyroid stuff yesterday. Took about 10 over the course of the day. It boosted my temps up, but honestly didn't really feel that great. Felt kind of shitty to be honest. I think the other stuff may have done something... I'm not sure. Armour seems to be working very well today.
