Is it possible to skim whole homogenized goat milk?

I have access to whole goat milk without added vitamins which is delicious. I want to skim of the fat so I can drink more without getting fat. I've read that goat milk is naturally homogenized and that the cream doesn't rise to the top, is this true? I've seen non-fat goat milk online so I guess it's possible to skim of the fat in some way.

I once bought homogenized cow milk. I was told fat wouldn't rise to the top, but it nevertheless did when I heated it. I expect goat milk to do the same.

I drink full fat goat milk, and I notice a little bit of fat separates on top of the bottle, which can be removed by hand. The rest is homogenized in its natural form, as goat milk has smaller fat particles than cow's milk.
