Is It Okay To Eat A Lot Before Going To Bed?

Hopefully someday the news gets out on how terrible pufa is, I want to be able to eat not just at my house

Hopefully. I gave up eating outside. I used to go where the locals went to eat, but as I said, even those places suck. Wouldn`t even mention the food served to the tourists - with very few exceptions, it`s a pure poison.

Eating meat near bed time is not usually good for me. I'll have bad dreams and wake up in the middle of the night feeling a little sick. Pork seems to be the worst for me to eat late at night and especially pork crackling.
