The other green stuff was my favorite.

I loved a crispy green salad
with mixed lettuces, baby spinach,
tomato, avocado, cumcumbers,
croutons, maybe a few nuts, black and green olives,
with a tahini vinegarette dressing.

Charlie, roll down yer sleeve,
you may leave the room. :D

I like guac, but not avocado.

Good pizza is awesome. I still crave deep dish from time to time.

Dislike bagels and salmon. omega-3 fishes are hard to eat for me.

I can tell the difference between a certain brand of grass fed and the regular store bought meat, yes.

Not a fan of peanut butter, but I'm sure I would like the tahini, it's been a while.
Also not a fan of whole wheat bread. I mean it tastes great to have a slice every now and then, but I much prefer sourdough if im gonna eat any quantity at all.

John Steinbeck said,
if a man has a bag of dried beans
all is well with the world.

Am I the only one who loved a big plate of well-cooked Pinto beans
(or Great Northern or Navy or Black)
ladled over either some rice or cornbread
with some butter and maybe sourcream and...guacamole?
Chopped green onions too.

I never liked beans, made me gassy as hell. Can't recall ever eating guacamole, thought you always remember your first...

I only ever ate fish because they were "healthy" its what dem dere cavemens did. I honestly don't enjoy any kind of fish, not eaten 1 mouthful of fish since discovering Peat.

Pizza. Love it but I always discard the crust ;) , good guess.
Bagels. Again, only tasted them as adult and couldn't even finish it. Now, to make it fair I can switch it to my local pastry, and I would say yes. But it's a lot sweeter, and always stuffed with something like milk caramel
Salmon. Nahh. Always prefers shellfish.
Steaks. Hard to tell if they were grass fed for raising and only grain fed for finishing. Not sure if I've tasted a mostly grain fed steak.
Absolute awesomeness you missed and not very peaty? A bread cut in half, with the soft part covered, with butter+milk caramel.

I like refried and black beans, but not pinto. I think the way they cook it in restaurants kills more of the nastiness than home cooked. Longer heating times.

A few weeks ago I craved steak and rice so bad. Since then, not even thought about eating meat.

Anybody here have a deep, instinctual desire
for
FRIED PLANTAINS!?

Can't stand bananas, consistency is horrible and make my teeth furry. Also make me gassy.

Haha. Very different tastes here. No plantain at all. But I can't reject a well done fried potato. Crispy on the outside, very tender on the inside and well salted. Ahhhh

The Acid Test:

Bacon.
Swear on the Bible.
Or on "Generative Energy."

Do you like it?
Do you love it?
Crumbled on a well-buttered baked potato, perchance?
Gracing a crisp green salad?
Or maybe on a BLT sandwich
with Dukes mayonaisse?

If you lie,
you die.
