Is coconut oil less effective if taken in coffee vs. consuming by itself?

I've been taking coconut oil with my coffee in the morning; however, if it somehow less effective than taking it solo, I would like to change my consumption habit. Does anyone have any data on this?

I don't have any other data than my n=1 experience. Coconut oil liquified in hot coffee seems to be good for me; I normally dissolve sugar and collagen in it before I add the CO. I typically have this beverage with a carrot or, if I need more carbs, a muffin. It has been a good way for me to get coconut oil in my daily diet but I have not noticed anything specific or different about this. It certainly is better than emulsified milks or creams.

I have read that coffee can decrease mineral and sometimes fat absorption (I thought it had to do with kahweol and cafestol but they are FXR agonists so probably not). Also, I think in Ayurveda medicine, coffee is recommended to be drunk black with a meal or only with sugar, no milk.
